Add-on: Update Multiple Entries

Update Multiple Entries is a Gravity Forms add-on that updates matching entries in a target form when someone submits a trigger form. You select the entries with conditions, set the new values with merge tags from both forms, and large batches are processed in the background. Use it to change a status, price or date in hundreds or thousands of entries at once, without code.

What you can do with Update Multiple Entries

Select the entries to update with AND and OR rules in Target Entry Conditions.
Set new values with {target:1} for a value of the entry being updated, and normal merge tags for values of the trigger entry.
Change values with Advanced Merge Tags modifiers such as gwp_replace, gwp_case and gwp_date_format.
Add several feeds to one trigger form, each with its own target form and condition.
Update large numbers of entries in background chunks that stay within the PHP time limit.
Follow the result in entry notes, send a notification per updated entry, and run feeds as a Gravity Flow step.

Target Form Merge Tags

When configuring your Update Multiple Entries action, you may want to use (or do something with) values from the Target Form itself. You can do that by using 'target' inside the Merge Tag.

Updating date fields

When updating date fields using 'Add Custom Value', it's important that you update the field in the correct date format: Y-m-d.
