Add-on: All Entries

All Entries is a Gravity Forms add-on that shows the entries of every form on your site in one searchable, sortable list under Forms → All Entries. Use it when you manage many forms and want to see new submissions without opening the Entries screen of each form.

What you can do with All Entries

• See the entries of all forms in one table with the columns Date Created, Entry ID, Form Title, User and Embed URL.
• Search the field values of all entries with Search Entries, and sort the list.
• Add columns such as Form ID, Payment Status, Read Status and Workflow Status in Screen Options.
• Open the Entries screen of a form or the Entry Detail screen of an entry with one click.
• Show the 10 most recent entries of all forms in a WordPress dashboard widget.
• Email a daily, weekly or monthly summary of new entries to one or more addresses.

Read Using All Entries for the overview, columns and search. Then set up Periodical Email Summaries for New Entries if you want a report by email.
