Compatibility with Other Plugins
GravityWP List Number Format works together with several Gravity Forms add-ons and plugins. This page lists what List Number Format does for each of them, so number columns, column totals and calculations keep working wherever the List Field is used.
GP Populate Anything
When GP Populate Anything populates a List Field, List Number Format initializes that List Field again. The number format, column total row, calculated columns and range checks then apply to the populated rows.
GP Nested Forms
A form with number format List Fields also works when it is loaded in a GP Nested Forms modal. In the formula of a calculated List column you can use the merge tag of a Nested Form field; the column is calculated again when nested entries change.
GravityView Edit Entry
When an entry is edited with GravityView Edit Entry, the List Field keeps its number format, column total row and live calculations.
Gravity PDF
Column totals are included in Gravity PDF documents: List Fields with Enable Column Total show the total row below the rows in the PDF.
Payment add-ons such as Stripe
Gravity Forms calculates Number and Product field formulas again on the server when the form is submitted. List Number Format replaces the column sum and row count merge tags in those formulas with the submitted values, so payment add-ons such as Stripe get the correct amount. GravityWP List Dropdown
Dropdown columns made with GravityWP List Dropdown can be used in the formula of a calculated column. Choosing another option in a dropdown column updates the calculated columns in that row.
GravityWP Field to Entries
When GravityWP Field to Entries creates entries from List Field rows, List Number Format passes the values of number columns as plain numbers, without thousands separators or currency symbols. For example, 1.234,50 in a 9.999,99 column is passed as 1234.5, so the new entries can store and calculate with it.
Editing entries in the Gravity Forms admin
When you edit an entry on the Gravity Forms entry detail page, calculated columns and column totals update live, the same way as in the form. The entry detail page and merge tags such as {all_fields} show the column total row below the rows.
