Add-on: Connector for Gravity Forms and MailPoet
Connector for Gravity Forms and MailPoet is a free Gravity Forms add-on that adds people who submit a form to one or more MailPoet lists. You set it up per form in a feed: map the email and name fields, choose the lists and decide with conditional logic when the feed runs.
Set up the MailPoet feed
- Open the form and go to its settings, tab MailPoet Connector.
- Create a feed and give it a name.
- Map the form fields that fill the subscriber’s email, first name and last name.
- Tick one or more MailPoet lists. The subscriber is added to all of them.
- Optional: enable the condition setting to run the feed only when your rules match, for example when a “Subscribe me to the newsletter” checkbox is checked.
- Save the feed.
Existing subscribers
When the email address is already in MailPoet, the subscriber is added to the selected lists. Turn on Update the name of the existing subscriber to also replace their first and last name with the values from the form.
