Add-on: Field To Entries

Field to Entries is a Gravity Forms add-on that creates new entries in a target form from one submission: one entry per selected Checkbox or Multi Select choice, per List field row, or per item in a delimited text field. Use it when one submission contains several items that each need their own entry, such as participants, products or tasks.

What you can do with Field to Entries

• Create one entry for every selected Checkbox or Multi Select choice. Radio Buttons and Drop Down fields work as a source too.
• Create one entry for every List field row, and map each column of a multi-column List field to its own field.
• Split a text field on a separator (a comma by default) and create an entry per item.
• Fill the new entries with values from the source entry, custom text and merge tags, including {target:1} with Advanced Merge Tags modifiers.
• Add several feeds to one form, each with its own condition.
• Run feeds in a Gravity Flow workflow step, for example after an approval.

• WordPress 5.0 or later
• PHP 7.0 or later
• Optional: Gravity Flow, for the workflow step, and Advanced Merge Tags, for modifiers on {target} values
