Premium Gravity Forms add-on
All Entries
See new submissions from every form in one list
All Entries is a Gravity Forms add-on that shows the entries of all your forms in one searchable, sortable list. It adds a dashboard widget with the 10 most recent entries and daily, weekly or monthly email summaries, for site owners and agencies who manage many forms.
- 30-day money-back guarantee
- Support from the developers
For site administrators and agencies who manage many Gravity Forms forms and want to see every new submission without opening each form.
See what is new at a glance
New submissions from every form appear in one list. You no longer click through the Entries screen of each form to find out what came in.
Find any submission fast
One search box searches the field values of all entries in all forms. Sort by date or another column to narrow it down.
Stay informed without logging in
A daily, weekly or monthly email tells you how many entries each form received, so you know when to take action.
Use cases
- Start the day with one list of everything submitted overnight, across all forms.
- Show the Payment Status column and find entries that need a finance follow-up.
- Show the Workflow Status column to see where each entry sits in a Gravity Flow process.
- Use the Embed URL column to see on which page a submission was made.
- Send a weekly summary to a manager who does not log in to WordPress.
- Give a client one overview of all their form submissions instead of a list per form.
Features
-
One overview for all forms
Forms → All Entries lists the entries of every form in one sortable table. Default columns are Date Created, Entry ID, Form Title, User and Embed URL.
-
Search across all entries
The Search Entries field filters the overview by keyword across the field values of all entries. Combine it with sorting to find the entries that need attention.
-
Choose your columns
Use Screen Options to add Form ID, Payment Status, IP Address, User Agent, Starred, Read Status and Workflow Status, and to set the number of items per page. Developers can add their own columns with the
gravitywp_all_entries_optional_columnsfilter. -
Smart navigation
Click a form title to open that form’s standard Entries screen. Click an entry ID to open the Entry Detail screen, where you edit, add notes or resend notifications.
-
Dashboard widget
The WordPress dashboard shows the 10 most recent entries across all forms, for users who can view Gravity Forms entries.
-
Periodical email summaries
Send an HTML report to one or more addresses every day, week or month. It shows the total number of entries, the number of forms with submissions and, per form, the entry count and the date of the last entry.
