Field to Entries for Gravity Forms is a GravityWP add-on that lets you create new entries in a target form from a single source submission. You can generate entries from checkbox or multi-select choices, rows in a List Field, or items in a delimited Text field all without writing code. This makes it easy to split bulk data into multiple entries automatically.

This gives you the power to create custom e-mails, workflows, views and more based on the dynamically created entries.

Field to Entries for Gravity Forms – FAQ

Can I create entries from multiple field types in one feed?

No. Each feed uses one source field type (Checkbox, Multi Select, List, or Text). You can set up multiple feeds for different fields.

Does it work with both single and multi-column lists?

Yes. You can generate new entries from each row, regardless of the number of columns in the List Field.

Can I use a custom separator for text fields?

Yes. You can define your own separator instead of the default comma to split text values into individual entries.

When are the new entries created?

By default, entries are created after form submission. With Gravity Flow, you can run feeds at a later step, such as after approval.

Is coding required to map fields?

No. All mapping is done visually in the Field to Entries feed settings.
