Number format per column
Check Enable Number Format in the List Field settings and choose point decimals (9,999.99), comma decimals (9.999,99) or currency for one or more columns, in single-column and multi-column List Fields. Other columns stay plain text.

Rounding and decimals
Round values to up to 5 decimal places and choose the Rounding Direction: round closest, round up or round down. Fixed point notation keeps the trailing zeros, so 5.5 shows as 5.50.

Fixed or calculated range
Set a Range with a minimum and maximum value, or turn on Enable Range Calculation to base the limits on other columns in the same row. Values outside the range get a warning while the visitor types and an error on submit, and range instructions can show a fixed range below the input.

Column totals
Turn on Enable Column Total to add a total row at the bottom of the list. It updates as visitors enter values and is also shown in the entry, in merge tag output such as
{all_fields}and in Gravity PDF documents. -
Row calculations
Turn on Enable Calculation for a column and give it a formula with other columns in the same row or other form fields, for example quantity times unit price. The calculated column is read-only and updates for every row, including rows added later.

Calculation merge tags
Use
{List:1.2}for the sum of column 2 and{List:1}for the number of rows in a Number field calculation elsewhere in the form. Gravity Forms also calculates these on the server when the form is submitted, so the saved entry and payment add-ons such as Stripe get the correct amount.

With two rows, 2 × 10.00 and 3 × 5.50, the Amount column shows 20.00 and 16.50, the column total is 36.50 and the row count is 2.
The same merge tag returns the value in the current row when used inside the list, and the column sum when used in a Number field outside it. See the documentation for all settings.
