What license should I choose?

One or more add-ons: If you only use one plugin and you think you will only use that one plugin in the future, you can choose the Single Add-on license. If you are using more than one of our premium plugins, it’s more interesting to pick the All Access license. You can also pick the List Add-ons license if you only use our List plugins.

One or more sites: Every license is available for 1, 3 or 50 sites. Buy the license variant that suits your needs.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you’re not satisfied with our product and you decide not to use it within 30 days of purchase, you can request a full refund. To initiate the refund process, please contact our support team with your order details through your account on my.gravitywp.com.

What is the difference between Email support and Priority support?

Email support is available for all licenses, where we aim to respond within 2-3 business days. Priority support, available with licenses for 50 sites, ensures faster response times and prioritized ticket handling, typically responding within 24 hours on business days.

Can I upgrade my license later?

You can’t upgrade a license yourself, but we can offer you a discount coupon when you want to upgrade to another license. You can contact our support team on my.gravitywp.com for more details.

What happens if my license expires?

If your license expires (when you end your subscription), you will still have access to all features you previously installed. However, you will lose access to downloads of the add-on(s), you won’t have access to support, updates and new features until you renew your license.
