List Text for Gravity Forms is a GravityWP add-on for Gravity Forms that lets you control how users enter text in each column of a List Field. It adds email validation, custom regex rules, textarea input, and placeholder text all without writing code. This makes forms more user-friendly and ensures accurate, well-formatted data.

What kind of patterns can I use for custom validation?

You can use any valid regex pattern. For example:
^[A-Za-z]+$ → letters only
^\d+$ → numbers only
^\S+@\S+\.\S+$ → email format
^(\d{1,3}\.){3}\d{1,3}$ → IPv4 address

Does it work with multi-column lists?

Yes. List Text Gravity Forms works with single- and multi-column List Fields. As a result, you can configure each column independently.

Can I set different placeholders for each column?

Yes. Each column can have its own placeholder text so that users get guidance for their specific input.

Is coding knowledge required?
