Connector for Gravity Forms and MailPoet is a free Gravity Forms add-on that adds people who submit a form to one or more MailPoet lists. Map the email, first name and last name fields in a feed, choose the lists and use conditional logic to decide when it runs.

Features

A feed per form
Set up the connection in the form settings under the MailPoet Connector tab. Give the feed a name and save it.

Map subscriber fields
Choose which form fields fill the MailPoet subscriber’s email, first name and last name.

One or more lists
Tick one or more of your MailPoet lists. The subscriber is added to all of them.

Existing subscribers
When the email address is already in MailPoet, the subscriber is added to the selected lists. Turn on “Update the name of the existing subscriber” to also update their first and last name.

Conditional logic
Enable the condition setting to run the feed only when your rules match, for example when “Subscribe me to the newsletter” is checked.
